Kimberly is the Broker-In-Charge and owner of Banks & Poole Real Estate and Development, LLC, where she has built a reputation for integrity, professionalism, and putting her clients first. A native of the Upstate of South Carolina, Kimberly began her real estate career in 1998 and has extensive experience in residential, commercial, land, and development transactions .With nearly three decades in the industry, she understands that ever client and property is unique. Her commitment to listening, communication and advocating for her clients has earned the trust of buyers, sellers, investors, and developers throughout the Upstate.

As Broker-In Charge, Kimberly  is passionate about leading her team with honesty, knowledge, and a client-focused approach. When not working with clients, Kimberly enjoys spending time with her husband, local musician, Joey and their son, Kyler, who is truly the center of their world.
