“I have always believed that it is not just about numbers but more about the people I work with and helping them reach their individual goals.”
Katrina is a true professional with a proven track record! She began her career in real estate in an administrative role near her home town in Michigan over 25 years ago (formerly Katrina Estep) She subsequently and eagerly accepted the challenge to obtain her Real Estate Sales License and has never looked back!
Katrina has excelled in residential home sales, managed properties and also has extensive knowledge in Homeowner’s Association management. Her favorite practice is direct engagement with her clients and providing valuable guidance to those she works with. Katrina ranks showing homes, negotiating contracts and issue-resolution in her top three favorite job duties. Today, Katrina continues to work with her clients in the greater Greenville area of South Carolina, her home of nine plus years with her Husband, Curt, where they recently moved into their new-construction home.
“I strive to continually be up on all related information such as lending and specialized financing programs, local and federal governmental requirements, community development, technology, neighborhoods, local recreation and more in order to best assist and benefit my clients-there is a lot to keep up on!”
In her leisure time, Katrina enjoys serving at her church and spending time anywhere with her husband, family and friends; especially at the lake or beach and playing games is a close second! Katrina has a special heart for all children and especially those with special needs. Having a nephew diagnosed with Autism at age 2, she is making a greater effort to support these causes in her community. She doesn’t have a “favorite” color, she sees beauty in them all. (This makes selecting a paint color very difficult!)
Katrina is easy to talk to and would love to help you with your first or next move! Katrina invites you to contact her today so she can earn your trust and business for many years to come!
